How to book
- Read about what's included in the price as well as detailed information on payment methods and price by choosing the Price & Payment page from the menu above.
- Check tour dates by choosing the Check Availability page from the menu above. If your chosen dates do not coincide with our scheduled tours please, drop us a line, under certain circumstances, we can arrange Istanbul group tours on demand.
- Choose your payment method and proceed to fill in your details and make your payment.
- If you are booking with plenty of time – before 8 weeks of start of activity – and the activity price is £ 150 or over, a £100 deposit will secure your reservation. Our booking system will only accept a deposit at this early stage. After filling in the booking form and sending it to us please, proceed to pay the deposit, we will hold your reservation for 7 days to allow the deposit to reach us. Balance payment will be due 8 weeks before the activity starts and we will send you a reminder in advance.
- If you wish to book within 8 weeks of activity date or the chosen activity price is under £ 150, you will need to pay in full. Our booking system will only accept full payment. After sending the booking form to us you will have 7 days to send your payment, we will hold your reservation for 7 days from receipt of booking form. If online booking is closed please, write to us to proceed with your booking.

IF YOU ARE IN ISTANBUL ON ANY OF THE SCHEDULED DATES and have made your own accommodation arrangements, you are still welcome to join us, please write to us to check on availability and price.
