Terms of Use
- We don't accept large group celebrations such as hen parties and similar activities.
- It is strictly prohibited to carry out commercial activities such as organized activities having the farm as the main venue or using it as the accommodation for external activities.
Cancellation
Our customer cancellation policy is as follows:
* 8 weeks + before arrival date: full deposit refund net of PayPal charges or Bank transfer charges if any.
* Within 8 weeks before arrival date: no refunds although if we are able to fill in your place we are happy to make a full refund net of Paypal charges or Bank charges plus £15 administration fee.
Confirmation and payment
- Upon booking form receipt we will confirm availability, price and payment method.
- If you are booking with plenty of time – before 8 weeks of arrival date – a 50% deposit of the total price will secure your reservation. If paying by Bank transfer we will hold your reservation for 7 days from your confirmation date to allow the deposit to reach us. Balance payment will be due 8 weeks before the arrival date and we will send you a reminder in advance.
- If you wish to book within 8 weeks of arrival date you will need to pay in full. After sending your confirmation to us you will have 7 days to send your payment, if paying by Bank transfer.

All you need to do is fill in the booking form below and we'll get in touch with you within 24 hours. We'll let you know about availability and price and if you are happy to go ahead then just let us know and we'll send you payment instructions.
